The J-Wellness project encapsulates the priority Geico places on the health, wellbeing and awareness of employees and their families. This set of initiatives includes free check-ups and a calendar of periodic medical and gynecological exams.
Each employee can take advantage of ten sessions with a psychologist, or else request the company’s in-house counseling services: we offer these supports to increase motivation and build trust, both in the workplace and in everyday life. And thanks to the J-junior program, our employees’ children have the opportunity to participate in a sports start-up course.
